El irrespeto y la falta de cultura hace que en Riobamba, comerciantes informales rompieran un cerco de la Policía Nacional para ingresar al Mercado Mayorista. La situación se salió de control, en este punto del país, los casos de Covid_19 van en aumento. #RiobambaSOS
En Chimborazo ha subido a 124 contagiados (#Riobamba 73) y se registran 26 fallecidos.
